I saw on the news this morning a story about modelling scams. A person approaches you in the mall and says you'd be perfect for a modelling job. They tell you that you need to get some modelling photos taken to the tune of around $800.00. They get their money for the pics....you get notta. |

I saw something uglier than this one but it works on the same lie. That person was posting ads on CL and conning the girls into nude pictures. |

A while back I would browse a site where people could post reviews and feedback of companies. There were a lot of complaints about these modelling "companies" scamming people. I was actually rather surprised by the number of complaints, though it's hard to know for sure just how many were sincere. |

A "models-wanted" scam was published here a few weeks ago. I sent him a couple of mails, but he didn't follow. |

Another one I've seen is a place called "Backcasting Couch". The guy brings girls in telling them he can get them jobs in the porn industry making $1000.00 - $5000.00 a day but all he does is have sex with them, Post his porn videos, and leave them with notta too. |
