Medical/dental
Company car
Company masseuse (to relieve all the stiffness induced by sitting at a computer. Moderating, obviously. Anything else would be self-inflicted and not the company's liability.)
Widescreen monitor and high bandwith internet connection (see above).

There's probably many more perks, but those seem to be the main ones. Maybe you and the other mods should form a union? Only question is, what could you call yourselves?

I have self appointed myself as union leader of the coalface baiters.
My brothers and sisters have comprised a list of demands.
This is as of the consequence that Mod, JF's pay will be quadrupled to $0.00.
The union's demands are perceived to be fair and in line with Mod, JF's pay rise.

The Demands:
50% pay rise backdated to 6 Dec 2009.
Retirement superannuation to be 40% of pay.
Work week to be reduced to 7 days.
Baiters are to work at their discretion.
30% more rants from customers (lads)
The quote, "The customer is always right." to be changed to " The lads are fair game."

If the union's demands are not met there will be no follow up action.
(something wrong with that. Maybe I've been around lads too long.)

The mods here get a dollar for every registered member. Paid by WU of course, and can only be obtained by paying a fee for the sworn avidavit.
At Scamwarners the mods get paid their salary to their bank account. It's just a bit weird that these bank accounts get suspendid. Shocked
