I had to try this after reading a post about this (from J Dog I believe). I got a lad to bite and it has been going splendidly and wanted to share and/or get feedback. I used a response from the thread and just changed some names:

I thought this was great considering he he first contacted me about a business proposal and now we are talking about orphans and he has adopted the name Father Sirus. I responded:

This lad seems very anxious about the whole ordeal and I would like to string him along for a while. I know there are ways to stall but I was even thinking safari here...

Oh but there are forms to fill out for digging wells, don't you know?? The funds have to be officially requisitioned from the well-digging department and then separate forms from the orphanage construction department. Yes, he better get right on those if he wants the money! Wink

Have you not told him the wonderful news yet?! your local Bishop is so impressed with this noble lads idea that he is already organizing a fund raising event. Its going to be just marvelous and will raise so much more money for those needy and parched orphans!

Once he has sent you the soil samples from three potential sites for geological examination you can release the funds.

About 5kg from each site should be enough. Wink

LOL.. I just looked at the form. That form is from a town I lived in as a kid. It's a small world. Nothing but sagebrush grows there without irrigation.
