I love it when a dumb lad get's a name wrong for the gender they are using for a scam.

The lad's description of the character he is trying to forward is lucidly typical of how a man describes a woman. A woman does not say those things about herself. This is a man, a fool but a man. Don't let his issues with language fool you. They can think logically in their own tongue.
Besides his incompetence with english he has let the cat out the bag that you have a 'he' girl. Have fun.
Do not educate the moron. Don't inform him of any mistakes he has or may make.
