Hey gang, its been a long time since I was busy here. I had a great Summer with my new Missus (married in July to The Hot Redhead) and life is GOOD!

So, I have this new lad. Seems the young man needs some money for pilot training. Now of course my character (Dr. Tom Clancy MD OB/GYN SOB) has a Gulfstream Longhorn, which has just today been revealed to said Lad. I am hoping for a nicesafari from him with the Gulfstream as bait. I want a Helmet!

Thank you for coming straight to the point and not wasting my valuable time. If I understnd your letter you are requesting assistence to obtain $150,000 usd for pilot training lessons. Is this correct? I must say, it's been some time since I earned my wings, but $150,000 seems quite a lot for flight training. I hope that includes an aircraft of your own upon completion.

Well at any rate I would like to get better acquainted with you and then I will decide if I should help you or not.

"Great" I really love flying and I have been playing Flight Simulator
games but Oh...,very interesting! The great scientist Albert Einstein
had some of the saying that "Imagination is better than thinking".

Thank you so much for your kind response and optimistic attitude, just
that reply cooled my heart. Actually I'm very happy indeed that I'm
talking to a qualified airline pilot! I thank God for making you what
you are today and may he ad you more, together with your family and
all those you love. That's my dream too! yet to come true with time.
You see, I just don't dream about being a captain some day but I feel
the talent inside me which only needs financial support to make the
cockpit my daily office. Flying is a great experience but so many
people fear it, well as others can't afford the costs.Thank you for
your valuable time indeed. I want to join flying school with zero
experience for the full APP(Airline pilot programme) and then come out
as a first officer to join airlines and later upgrade to captain after
some good flying experience. I trust that by the time I'm out of
flying school I will be having like 1000 hours of flight as my
experience which can enable me to start as a first officer in most
airlines.True, the check of $150,000 seems to be more of the flight
training but dear sir remember that I have no any sponsor with me,
even someone that can support me at the flying school in case of any
financial trouble! It is also true that either after flying school or
within their some things that I may need to purchase as a pilot.

I need
to feed my self til I complete my course and also to cover other
expenses. Most importantly, I can find it even hard t get a visa if my
bank statement is low(proving that I will not bother any one in a
foreign country) until completion of my course. So for that check, I
will have a good bank statement to apply for the visa and also I will
deposit full course payment(up front) because I trust my dream and
talent to become a Boeing expert just like you! The Embassies are very
strict these days in allowing students to study from abroad especially
in Africa, that's for those who do not have proof of enough money to
take care of them selves. Other wise, I'm very happy and I want to say
that your great. That is my dream and I promise to die a happy man if
it's fulfilled. True you have worked very hard to reach there, but the
good lord can see your heart, and he will bless you more. So I promise
that Immediately I get a check I will make arrangements to report at
the flying school and I will start the travel processes and every
thing required. I'm a young man of 22 who loves people so much but I
have always lived UN happy life, so I also kindly request to have a
great achievement and to share on the benefits of real love in this

Now this is where I hit the first of what (I'm sure) will hopefully be many snags. His original email addy was shut down (I wonder why?) so I decided to simply continue on using the new email addy that he sent from with his original sob story.

Hello Gabe my dear boy,

Thank God that you wrote me from your new email address!!!!! I just noticed that the following letter I wrote you was returned because your old address was broken somehow. What happened?????

Well anyway we have contact again and here is what I sent you earlier today.

I am so sorry to not write for so many days, but it has been quite hectic here at The Clinic. First there was the new penis attachment for the former Rachel Chains (now Rick) then Dickie Shepard's wanted an enlargement procedure and would not take no for an answer. So I've been up to my elbows in Dicks for days it seems. Sexual reassignment can be very rewarding (God knows it pays well), but the hours of surgery required do take their toll.

After those 2 proceedures were successfully concluded along with seemingly endless hours of counseling sessions with new prospects, I decided it was time for a few days off so Mrs. Clancy and I hopped into the Longhorn (Gulfstream, you would love how it flies, my lad) and I whisked us off to Belize for a long weekend. It was so relaxing to hand fly that plane all the way to to Galveston for a fuel stop then I hit the autopilot for the Gulf leg.

So I do apologize to you young man and I'm ready to get this thing back on track. Write me soonest as to how we may proceed.

Now WHERE can I send that old Lear jet with the big box o money in it? I'm liking Nairobi (they have a nice big Intl. AP there too) as he'd have to travel all the way around Lake Victoria to get there as well as a border crossing for the safari.

maintenance while abroad, even at embassy they will need me to have a
good bank statement or enough money to be given a visa since I have no
any guardian of sponsor !

I know that you worked very hard to achieve but please fund me, at our
home there also some problems that I want to help them solve from some
of that money like paying electricity bills, water, and some home
modification as well! My Dad served the government of Uganda for so
many years about 30 but was not compensated after all that toil, so he
retired way back, my mum is not employed well as my brothers and
sisters are also struggling to make their ends meet. So that has been
my life in Africa, and my dream has always been finding a new
destination, working very hard, and to help my people and all those
around me wherever I go when I become great. Please help me, I want to
become a pilot, and not to control traffic, "I need to also fly a
machine one day" And my first mail from flying school to you will be,

Now I'm far from an expert baiter here so I welcome all suggestions. My plan is to spend another week or so getting acquainted and developing that all important trust. I would love to send him on a Christmas safari, but I don't think I can string him along that long as he already said earlier how he'd been jerked around and promised help.

What I have in mind is to announce that the good Dr is ready to upgrade his aircraft -he flies an older Gulfstream, atm- and is considering donating the old bird to a certain worthy young pilot deserving of a solid start after flight school. He's asking for $150,000. How about I pack 200k into the on board safe and send it with the plane and have him go through hell trying to get to it before I pull a dolla chop on him? And of course it WILL get chopped and the plane whisked off to another airport for him to chase down.

I welcome your thoughts.

Wow...40 years of flying time! (you're a Boeing expert). Well, I have
always played flight simulator games using Cessena, Bombadier,
Cherokee, Boeing 737,747. And I have enjoyed it so much! Flying is
really interesting and I hope reality is more. What impresses me most
in the flight simulator/or with big jets is that, they have a great
speed but need high concentration and accuracy!! With small ones,
like cessena are very light, infact they start lifting nearer within
the runway than big jets and heavy cargo that take time to get lift.
But, the truth is that flying is good! Oh, thank you so much for

I won't bore you with the entire recent exchange, but the lad's quite chatty and even sent me the Kenny Rogers - The Gambler, u-tube vid again.

I've got him opening up and telling all about himself now, most of that is likely scripted though.

I'll wait until sometime tomorrow evening (for me) to send off a short and sweet note praising him for his ambition (again).

I wonder just how long I can keep him away from thinking about the money? I suppose I'll just casually mention making an appointment with my banker "sometime this week" to keep the hook set and then get inundated with consults and surgeries making it impossible to get away from The Clinic. I got the same emails about kenny rogers etc etc although his pilot lesson fees have gone up he only wanted a mere $100,000 off my character Laughing
