A similar route was pursued a few months back looking for baby skulls and such for rituals. The person dropped contact when he got positive responses. If I remember right, baby skulls were offered for about $30.

I would be extremely wary about any bait where you're offering money for human body parts - the last thing you want is for a desperate lad to actually, erm, harvest some for you. Human remains can be worth quite a bit on the black market in some parts of the world, so you can't rule out the possibility.

Uhm.... lads have tattooed themselves because they believed the bait was real. Lads have gotten stranded with no money in foreign countries where they don't speak the language because they believed the bait is real. I have read baits on other sites that push the envelope even more (google 'ebola monkey man' sometime, very crude & offensive baiting there). No, I am pretty sure there isn't anything the lads won't do for a buck.
