I got that one too. He's had a look at my hotel website but hasn't bit yet.

I gave him http://www.rawhideresort.com as my hotel. I take it he never went to the website because he would have discovered that it is a dog hotel.

He's a Nigeria based lad, so maybe my hotels in west Africa (but not in naija) are a bit too close to home for him. We'll see.

I didn't even bother giving him a website. I just told him I could help him, quoted a random price, and collected some black piggies. He's fairly eager to give them out.

It sounds a lot like a stolen cc scam.

Have you posted this on the scam warners site?

FYI I wouldn’t have really given them the url to a legit business. Its just a practice with me.

Finally got around to giving me his CC. I got to think of a way to get more then just two out of him now that I know he can be short with people.

Just got number 2 off of him, after 1 got declined he demanded I give him my name and number, which I did, he called and I answered in professional business tone like I was answering the phone for the hotel and never said anything, just hung up, then sent me the other CC.

Now he called me again and was talking to me this time. I acted professional and told him that he was once again declined. He asked me to split the charges amongst the two cards but I don't think that's gonna work either.

He's made contact and booked the rooms but wants a $2,500 agent commission paid back to him by westy transfer.

He can either have a refund to the card he pays with or come and collect from my hotel. No payouts to unknown third parties. It's company policy. Wink

So I beat him to the punch and straight up told him that the hotel does not do business with internet scammers.

So what does he do?

He comes out of nowhere and gave me two more #'s, told me to split the charges on the two. Squeel little piggies, Squeel!

I've offered him 3 very nice rooms all with sea view at The Rampant Goat Hotel, Wolverhampton (famed for its sea front I believe Laughing
