I just got this letter in my catcher account and I can't really imagine where this would go or why the lad would even think that it would work...

He just had me add the $950 to the total. I didn't quite understand the message but I'm guessing he wants me to charge the grand total to the card and then WU him the $950 back...?

I told him that I checked with my co-manager and he was fine with that.

EDIT: ...and I just got my first CC... Reporting it now.

I submitted the info with a link to this thread and told them if they needed more info to get a hold of me. I added a black piggy but I don't know what to say to the scammer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you can say that there's been some problem with the credit card, ask him to send another one, use some kind of technical jargon
