Along with such ladish phrases as "remain bless", "hope to hear from you soonest", etc. the phrase "risky free" is part of eater lexicon. However, I have never had a lad use it on me. I've been looking for it but the lads have disappointed me - until today:

Hi Raga Man,
Congratulations. That raises an interesting idea. Military radio procedure does not allow any variation from layed down procedure. So as to expose as little intelligence to unauthorized listeners.
Various colloquialisms develope in a stationary population. I wonder if various cyber cafes have developed same. It may be useful in establishing scummers' locations.
By checking IPs of emails with "soonest" may indicate an isolated area that it comes from.
If some one has time to do the research we stand to gain. Even if it does not prove anything. It then means the language idiosyncrasies are widespread.
