Oh you got a good one. Great job. Looks like Hall of Shame material. 
Just an note, we like to distort things like ID and passports before displaying them, even if they are fake. Why give lads another resource to use? Just pop open paint and jot "FAKE" or something over it so it can't be used against a real victim that might actually fall for it. You can also use http://www.scamwarners.com/ and it will do it for you.
To be honest, I googled "UK ID Cards" just to see how off it was because I haven't seen a real one before. So there are people out they that might take them at their word it's real. 
Edit: Google Images lets you drop a picture on it to look for similar pics. This one looks like it was made by some type of generator. Have a look. I see two other male IDs on the front page alone. |

Both pretty dreadful but not the worst.
Uploadeater is great, or use GIMP - write FAKE FAKE FAKE all over it in orange an reduce the text layer transparancy to 30%. You can seee through it but getting the words out is impossible. |

^^  yeah. wheel out the banker and the lawyer.
They are good enough to fool people. Almost anything will fool someone.
If anything, a slightly bad ID could go in thir favour, as the format escalates beyond ordinary credibility many people who'd require really good id to fool may drop out before they can be fully fleeced. A fairly iffy ID could save the lad investing time and effort into a low-paying victim. Just a thought. |

^^ Yep. What we have here is a mixture of lad-ness (complete and utter laziness) and baiter de-education. They will do the very minimum amount of work, almost every time.
You might of heard the term de-education around here before. Basically, we reward them for errors (by following their directions, complements, etc) and punish them for doing too good (by calling their bluff, threatening to drop them, insults).
If you see them with a stolen or really good-looking ID, get angry and call it a fake. Tell him he is wasting your time, etc... That way, he will stop using the good stuff on real victims. |
