"To serve you better" seems to be one of those phrases lads love to use all the time.
However I've yet to see it used by a lad in quite the way this loal lad did when I queried the 30 dollar "maintenance fee"

It reminds me of the checking account I once had with American Express. Whenever they sent a notice that they were going to impose a new fee or reduce the hours at the local branch, it would invariably open with, "In order for us to serve you better . . . ." |
