do you think we have of this scambaiting malarky?

I've only just discovered it and started and am now worried that they are all going to cotton on and stop scamming.

I mean everyone is aware of these emails now, they can't have much luck? Surely they are getting fewer and fewer bites and less money being made in this way and therefore will have to think of new ways to scam?

I'd hate for it to all die down just as I am learning! Smile

From what I've seen, they seem to be the feral pigs of the wild world. They find a niche in a new technology (environment), breed like hell, and adapt to the rules of their new surroundings to best exploit them. Also, based on some of the 100+ day safaris I've read, they are REALLY hard to kill off. Evil or Very Mad

Even if the email thing stops working, they will start abusing SMS or Facebook (more than they already are) and there is already a huge amount of them on dating sites (love lads). So they'll pick up whatever new social tech we come up with in the coming years and keep going.

I've got my first lad at the moment, I'm like a cat with a mouse, am currently in the process of trying to get him to take a picture of himself holding a sign which says "lolz" on it.

I'm doing this for the lolz after all.

If only they would, I would be delighted, (and have to find a new hobby, or do some work) but as long as they make good money, it's not going to happen. Visit our sister site scamwarners.com to see how common it is and the damage that they cause.
