Welcome!! First, read all the stickies.
When you bait, you need to "bait safe" which means use only a totally bogus, non-traceable e-mail account (fastmail, gmail or hushmail are good) and totally invented facts.
Start by going to the "surplus" section of this board, pick yourself a likely looking letter (or several if you want) and send each of them the following e-mail:
"I just got your letter. I am very interested. Please tell me more."
Go from there!

Fastmail has a bunch of domains you can pick for your character. When I created Rod's email address, I picked xsmail, as Annette is at xmail, and I thought maybe a lad would get them confused and bounce a message. Xmail does let the IP address through, but I use Tor, so the address is not my own and can't be traced.
Oh, and when you learn some baiting tips please share with Annette and Rod since they like to fish  |
