I believe you can read those by yourself

Hi and welcome to 419Eater.
globalvisas.com is not a fraudulent website, in the sense that it is not advance fee fraud like we deal with here.
The website has been in existence for quite some time (since 1997, which can be found here: http://whois.domaintools.com/globalvisas.com ) and they have a fairly large internet presence.
That said, while they don't appear to be a fraud, there are many complaints against them.
