I was tempted to drive over by the store to see it's actual physical location, thinking I would wear shades driving by, but if you look at http://yvettesbridalformal.com/signup1.html it appears the store is rather tame outside, however, reading the page, it maintains that was the OLD location. Sorry to necro but I obsess over finding images. The "BGM bank" is near 1525 West Homer St, Chicago IL. Put that in your Google Maps and smoke it.

LOVE IT! Well done bohigal. any suggestions for us amateurs on this sort of detective work? Wouldn't know where to start once the usual similar image things don't work out.... and not enough clues for me to narrow it down beyond midwestern former factory.

Well you guys helped with some clues. The Info-USA logo suggested to me the photo could be found at www.city-data.com, where a lot of info-usa photos end up, and where I know lads get a lot of their pictures. firehouse5 mentioned Midwest and I thought some of the blurred license plates looked like Illinois. Then I googled images with search terms like "warehouse brick chicago site:city-data.com" and found it. Sorry I don't remember the exact search terms I used Sad

but it took a darn long time. The original piccy is here; the lad must have done a search for images of a "diamond bank" Laughing

Edit: Holy carp, as of today you can drag and drop an image into the google search box and it finds similar images, at least I can do it in Chrome. Don't know about other web browsers. Try it with the lad's bank image. So much faster and funner than Tineye! And spooky when you look at the "similar" images. Where the heck was this when I needed it last week?!?OoOOooo

Whoa!! works in firefox as well. this is a seriously useful image tool.

I don't know about drag-and-drop in Firefox but the google image search certainly works in Firefox by just copying the image location and pasting it into the search field.
