Got an odd email today in my catcher account, but the lad doesnt seems to need any money off me, its almost like im being baited lol and yes i know its fake due to western union wont use yahoomail, i just cant figure out his angle Confused

Oh one of those ASEMs! If you reply, he will tell you to get the rest you have to send an additional fee. It is to play on either bewilderment and/or greed. Best to reply with a story like "About time you responded back! Your associate Mr Gomer..." and let the pain of the lad begin. Twisted Evil

Hmmm... maybe you should play along a bit... how about telling him you went to the WU office, but they said there was no such MTCN. See where he'll go from there?

Inputting the MTCN and sender name into the WU website shows it's not valid. Sometimes lads will use live MTCNs that show there is money there to convince you, but it's only for a few dollars. Live MTCNs should be reported to Mods. Since this one is no good, I'm sure there was some problem with a small fee that didn't get paid first.

Exactly. If the MTCN is valid, then he will ask for a fee to give you the rest of the info. Chances are it may be $5 or something that he is going to collect anyways very shortly.

If the MTCN isn't valid, he will come up with some bullsh*t excuse to get you to send a fee.

Thankfully this is an easy one to turn around on a lad and make them suffer.
