Hey VM, this looks like some sort of software selling scam, and I don't see how they can be legit. This reminds me of all those chinese companies that are trying to sell iPads and other electronics below price.

I don't see any evidence of being 419 AFF though. This is probably better in Misc. Scams. Very Happy
