How might I use a hosted web account in the effort to bait lads and harvest spammers?
Right now, this resource is going unused. It supports up to 25 domains.
What do you think about the notion of creating some web sites designed to hoodwink lads? Kind of an "alternate reality" that would serve to lend legitimacy to baiting efforts.
Sites might include:
Church site
Not for profit foundation
Financial Institution
This assumes no laws are violated or hosting terms of service are breached.
I know this has been done. I'm just wondering if the work involved in embarking on such a project would be worth it. I'd expect to offer access to other baiters if they wish to participate.

I have heard of a baiter on this board, several years back, who created his own financial institution and got into a little hot water over it....better stick with a church site.

Several of us have baiting sites like churches and such. It is a great way to legitimize a bait. |

Try to stick with sites which lads cannot recycle on their victims. It would suck to find out a lad has actually used a fake bank site you created, to rob someone blind.
Go Premium, and you can see a bunch of prop sites set up for baiting. If you're thinking of investing a lot of time and energy in it, you may want to offer it as a premium site where there is less risk of it being compromised in future baits. There are a ton of baiting sites available outside of Premium, but they stand a risk of being made known to lads.
