Every once in a while a scammer comes along that won't give you. The lad has a script. He doesn't like bank to bank transfers except for the final 3.7M. I was baiting him for piggies.

Not an original scam 3.7M profits missed by a bank auditor in Qu1to Ecuad0r.

They offer backdated depsit slip and ask for $73O account reinstatement fees by WU.

The IP address and phone numbers suggest that the location is correct.

They speak engish and are on the same time zone as Eastern Standard time.

They work weekends, give out small trophies and don't give up. I have spent three weeks arguing over chopped transfer

These guy's are off topic almost instantly. On a separate bait they now want $15,500 account reinstatement fee.
