I'm writing from the land of painkillers. Though some may find it fun, it isn't really because I still have the bulging disc problems in my back I have had for the past 2+ years, two surgeries, and of yesterday a cortisone epidural in my spine, which I will probably get at least 3 more of these in the next several weeks. It's really put a damper in my baiting enthusiasim, and posts in general. I can still do about 65% of my day to day actions, though since this is in my lower back, certain fun actions with the wife have been greatly curtailed, which really SUCKS!!!! 
I'm just venting here....I will still be checking in daily as usual and have to say you people do make me laugh and such things. |

Injuries suck, i've had one on my shoulder for over a year now, Physio have yet to decide whats wrong, but it has damaged my posture, badly.. |

The worst part with my injury is that it happened while putting my kid in his car seat. I can at least understand if it happened while doing sports or some kind of fall. But I wasn't doing anything unusual or back breaking. I'm not even that old!! (44) |

Ah, i have no idea what has caused my injury, and my grandmother had the problem when she was slightly older than me, and she still continues to have it, and its exactly the same with my grandmother and grandfather on the otherside of my family.
Im only 14 aswell! It suckss! |

Got a herniated disc at 25. (Now 36) It positively stinketh, but a bunch of exercises and swimming have helped me out. The problem is that my work makes me sit down all the time. |

Sorry about your back, Bart. My dad is out of action because of his back, and my cousin just started back work after being off for 6 months due to a similar ailment - she was prescribed Valium and all sorts. |

@Bart my sympathies, here's me been moaning about shingles immobilising me , at least they'll go soon, with out surgery
