You can certainly try but just know gold lads are typically very dificult to get to do anything especially travel. I'm sure more experienced gold lad baiters will come along with more advice. I've only minimally played with them mainly because they bore me pretty quick but a lot of baiters like them.

I'd also say it may be a bit too early too. Sure most lads are not the sharpest tool in the shed but they still need to believe in you. It takes time to convince the lad into wanting to travel for you.

I don't think your necessarily going about it the wrong way I just think you need to spend more time grooming your lad.

I'd be interested to hear what happened. I seem to be baiting Mr. Bamba myself. I am scheduled to fly out on Feb. 21 and he is preparing to meet me in the airport. But only if he shows me the confirmation ticket for the hotel he's reserved for me. My only worry is that someone like Gomer might have hacked my e-mail, and met my character, picked him up at the airport, and driven him to some out of town place to steal the money.
