My name is Ashley. I meet a scammer on the internet named William Tarris who want to rent out apartment in Tel Aviv. He asked me to send money for an apartment i`m not to see and not even sure of my arrival date. Beware of landlords asking money via Moneytransfer. They are scammers. His email is <deleted>.

Yes we come across this type of thing, it is very common, a google search gives nothing on the email addy.
It would be helpful if you could visit our sister site over at
www.scamwarners.com
Also if you could post the headers and the email over there (and here take out your e-mail address)
Do not have any more contact with this person as he probably has real life details. |

Welcome to Eater, aspiegell2010. I'm glad you didn't fall for the scam.
I was obliged to delete the posted address as forum rules do not allow posting contact information for scammers without also including proof of the scam -- email(s) with headers. While I don't doubt your situation personally, there have been occasions where people have posted addresses or phone numbers of innocent in the expectation that baiters would harass them.
As Vampiremerchant suggests, the best thing would be to post at our sister site, scamwarners.com, with full emails included (you can xxx out your personal address and information from the headers). This will allow potential victims to find the scammer through Google searches. |

Hello,
You should be aware of these scammers. In the first time you meet them, they will make you comfortable with them. Then, they will ask money to you. I wonder if they are members of a gang. |
