So I've been contacted through a dating site by a chick who is really smoking hot, I mean almost TOO hot. Ya know, REALLY HOT.

The email I am using to converse with her is a "safe" email and I have not given her any personal details. I'm not interested in baiting her, but if anyone else wants to, please feel free to add her email to msn messenger and have at it.

You are not going to pay nor register on the site..all you have to do is get the security id and the id is for free....

i will give you th Coupon code, which mean, once the site detects this code you are not subject to pay anything ..

Here is the steps :

1. Fill out the 1st page completely and honestly, then put this "tiamo" in Coupon Code and pls dont give it to anyone for you to be able to get

the security id for free then press "continue" .. Once the site detects that you are using the Coupon code they wotn charge you card.

2.The 2nd page is for the age and citezenship verification method only.. fill out the 2nd page completely

with all the details.. and then submit, But remember that when you got the 3rd page DONT click "register"

DONT put your card details again just get the security id then press "CANCEL" and it is all done.

When you got your Security id #, send it to me so that i can request them to send me your name and background.when i got your name verified you will receive a confirmation email with my name,address and my numbers so that you will know how real i am and you can call me when you have it or we can chat on the phone.If you think i fool you call the police then send me to jail...it more convenient to arrange everything via fone so fone me back if you got the information's of mine...

Well that's a twist on a credit card phishing scam I've not seen before! Of course your card won't be charged . . . for that site. The numbers will be stolen and used by any number of scammers.

"she" even used the msn file xfer hack to get my IP address and tell me she was in my town. good thing I'm on public wifi hehe.

Stall "her",

tell her how much you want to meet and that since she's in your town you don't need some silly technobabble to hook up. She can simply ring you! Stress that you're a gentlemen and that she will feel no need for this stupid setup once she meets you

If it doesn't bite, then give it a fake credit card number from the fake name generator website (www.fakenamegenerator.com). It'll be bait over then, but you might be able string it out for a bit by telling her got the number wrong, and send her a slightly different (non working) credit card number (hopefully several times). And slap her for getting it wrong, you've done everything you can to get this sorted, and "She" keeps screwing it up

Looks like an interesting twist on the standard camgirl scam. In the normal scam, "she" would start the approach the same way, and would ultimately refer you to the site to see video of "her." In this approach, you will often be told that your credit card won't be charged, it's just to prove your identity or age. In the end, the credit card is charged later, and the site will point to some fine print that said you were subscribing, or that you had failed to meet some requirement to unsubscribe.

This one is taking it a step further, offering a bogus face-to-face meeting instead of the usual webcam offer, and reassuring you that the card won't be charged--but the end result is the same, you are handing your credit card info to a sleazy porn site, where it will be charged.

I found two other interesting things:
first, the use of "tiamo" in other (different) spam/scam approaches, using different girls;
second, lots of sleazy promotion of the site's affiliate program.

If I had to guess, I would say the coupon code is being used to identify the affiliate; so basically anyone quoting "tiamo" would be working for the same affiliate.

In the end, the person sending these out is probably more a spammer than a scammer, so you will probably find it to be relatively unbaitable.

Although I do not intend on baiting or stalling her any further, I basically ended the conversation stating I was not interested in signing up for any web sites, and was not comfortable giving out my credit card.

She ended up blocking me on msn after I commented on her english not being as good as her nigerian.

Maybe that was the kicker hehe. Thank god for throwaway gmail accounts Razz
