I've seen this. She got her big break in Sweden and her face plant was featured in one of the big papers net issue.

[lie]While it is never funny to watch someone possibly hurting themselves on video[/lie] i raised my eyebrows at the news about the law suit.

Getting awarded for being a clumpy ass and winning is somehow intimately connected with the US. I actually think she have a shot at winning her case. But does she deserve it?

The video is so grainy and you can't even tell if the person who falls in is male or female. Nobody would have known it was her if she hadn't have owned up and started mouthing off.
She's just trying to scam the mall into coughing up.

Some people are too stupid and too dishonest to live amongst the rest of us. It's just a pity that the water around the fountain wasn't filled with ravenous pirhana.

I swear, if I'd have been walking past, I'd have held her under. Probably for about 10 minutes. They stop struggling after the first 2 or 3 but you've got to make sure, haven't you?

And then I would have expected a medal for doing humanity a favour.

I agree with Slightly (now, there's a scary comment!). If the woman had not 'gone public', no one would have known who she was.

I don't think she has much of a case.

This woman should be more concerned about the felony charges she faces on using Zales credit cards illegally.

Like everyone said, she is the one who brought attention to herself.

First, she should have taken a seat or stood still while she texted. That would have been the responsible thing to do. If I would have been dumb enough to fall into the pool, I would have quickly gotten out of there and told NO ONE
