I have had this Vladette on the hook since Nov 18th and after three failed WU attempts and 2 MG,s as well as a failed trip to her city in Mother Russia where we failed to connect I started asking for a special photo which "she" promised to do. Of course the photo still hasn't arrived so I decided to go quiet for awhile with her and another Vladette I'm toying with.

After over 2 weeks of silence my sweethearts got this email.

Mr. Cl4ncy (T0m) was in a serious car accident last week and has been in a coma for 4 days. He awoke late last night and after the usual "where am I?" questions he began to adjust quickly. He still cannot remember anything about the accident, but his memories from before then have begun to return and he asking and talking about you non stop. I brought my laptop to work and he showed me your email and now I am writing to you.

You should know that even though he will recover it will be some time before he will be fully able to care for himself. He should remain in the hospital for a minimum of 3-4 weeks and then he will be released to go home. He has friends who have offered to help, but I think it would be best if he had someone with him around the clock and since you seem to be quite close to him (are you getting married?) I was hoping that perhaps you could come to Ohio in time to take T0m home and care for him. I want to assure you that he has not suffered any permanent damage, his injuries, though serious, are temporary.

If you would be so kind as to reply to me, I will be sure to pass your messages on to him. It will be necessary to relay messages for you both for another few weeks I'm afraid. He has severe damage to his hands from the fire and he has his eyes bandaged shut while they heal from the glass.

I want you to know M4ri4 that I do this with a glad heart. Mr Cl4ncy is an amazing man and if I were not already married I would pursue him myself. I've never known a man to be so in love as he is with you.

and then he can get complications from the burns getting infected, the glass requires specialist treatment that the hospital doesn't provide thus requiring him to be transferred to a new hospital with less gracious nurses, and finally he can develop a crush on the new doctor treating him!

He can even come down with a ridiculous disease (be brave, make one up)

His injuries were serious, but manageable. I mentioned his hands, well the car began to burn from the gasoline that spilled and he received some serious but treatable burns on both hands and forearms, but he somehow managed to get out of the car before the explosion. The burns will heal completely and we don't think there will be any serious scars that surgery cannot cover. Of course the windshield of his car shattered and he got some glass in both eyes, but he has had surgery to remove the glass and there is nothing showing on X rays so we are certain we have removed all the glass. In another week or so we will remove the bandages and then we will know for sure if he has any permanent damage to his vision. But our best optical surgeon did the work and she is confident that Tom will be completely normal.

Tom also has two broken ribs that are painful, but will heal ok, and his left leg was broken (shattered is the word the surgeon used) in two places and that is the injury that will take the most time to heal. We estimate that Tom will not be able to walk without help for at least 6 months and it will be more than 1 year before it is mended completely. However it required a great deal of work to sort the leg out and more surgery is scheduled to place some titanium plates and several screws to hold the bones together. He will never be able to pass through airport security without special scans again. Sorry, but that is the least of his problems, right?

I told you he was in a coma. Well he was unconscious when he arrived at the hospital so we are very concerned about his head injury. Thank God his spine is intact so there is no paralysis to worry about. We are watching him very closely and will hope for the best, but his CT scans have shown as normal, so no brain damage, only a severe concussion that will mend itself.

So again, don't worry too much. He is ok, and he will get better. Tom is in good spirits, especially after I told him you had replied to me. He asked to me to tell that he loves you very much and he misses you. Also, he asked if you could send some photos of you. I will print them and give them to him so he can see you and feel closer to you. Now as a woman, I would like to suggest that you send some photos that are sexy (but not porno). It would be very good for his soul if you had some underwear or swimsuit photos to send to him as well as some normal everyday pics. I promise if you send anything sexy I will keep it secret and only Tom will see it. And I'm sure that the first thing he wants to see when we remove the bandages from his eyes will be you.

Which reminds me. We should be moving him to a private room in a day or two. He is out of danger and is drinking liquids on his own now, so we will have him on good food soon. So he will be in a private room and only he will see any photos you send for him.

Well I hope I have answered your questions, Maria, but don't hesitate to ask if you want to know something. I will be very pleased to relay messages for you both until his hands are healed enough so he can use a computer again. Until then, I am at your service.

I think I'll bring my atty Jock Strapson in the picture when the bandages are removed form my eyes. A lot of big money contracts are falling by the way-side while our intrepid hero recuperates from this DUI idiot. And Tom was on a good role money wise too.

I'll be getting moved to a regular room soon too, so a change of nurses will be in order.

Well after a hectic day in the trauma center, maria gets word from Nurse Anna.

When he finished I returned to work, but the nice thing is that Tom is also my patient so I came back and checked his bandages and gave him is medicine and gave him a bath. I must say that when you finally meet him and spend your first night together you will not be disappointed. He is very manly.

But I want you to know that he is doing better even though he had a difficult day yesterday. One of the nurse assistants gave him the wrong dosage of pain meds (not enough) and he was in a great deal of pain until I stopped in and discovered the mistake. Even with all his pain, Tom was very calm and forgiving.

Here is his letter to you Maria.

Hi My Darling Girl,

I am sorry I did not write much lately baby. I was so busy with work and then this accident happened. Please forgive me for being so careless. I still don't remember anything about the accident, but they tell me a drunk driver put his car directly in front of me and hit me head on. I remember driving home from Randy and Sveta's house and then I woke up in the dark, but it was very loud with lots of people talking and shouting. Then someone told me I was in the hospital. Very confusing, but now I am better and Anna is helping me write to you. She's really very nice to me. She told me that I will move to a private room in the burn treatment area of the hospital probably sometime on Monday. The eye surgeon was here earlier and she thinks we can remove my eye bandages on Tuesday or Wednesday next week. I hope that goes good for me because it's hard to be blind all the time. Baby! Can you send me some pics of you? When they take off the bandages I want the first thing I see to be you my Love. Will you do that for me? That special photo we talked about before would be wonderful.

So now in addition to the terrible pain Tom is bravely fighting against he has a bad infection that might cause him to lose his arm below the elbow. Maria I wanted to tell you that after reading your letter to Tom I noticed you told me that you were glad he is all good. Maria nothing could be further from the truth! Tom has both legs in a plaster cast because they were broken in the crash. His left leg was broken in three places and will require many screws and titanium plates before he will be able to walk again. Tom is going to need a lot of help from a nurse or a loved one when he goes home. It will be a very long time before anyone can say Tom is all good again.

Tom loves you so much Maria. You are all that he talks about and I think his love for you is the one thing that keeps him going everyday. He would feel so much better if you could send some personal photos like I told you about before. You know, with you holding a sign saying Get Well, or I Love You Tom. Something like that would be very good medicine for his tortured soul. Can you do it for him Maria?

As for pics of him, well really Maria, there isn't much of him you can see. He has bandages and tubes all over. At least we can see his eyes now though, but most of him is covered and I'm sure you would not even know who it was you were looking at.

Well dear, I have to prepare for work now, but I will send your love to Tom and try to find some skin to give him a kiss from you. Which reminds me, we should be removing his catheter sometime tomorrow.
