Sorry to hear you've been stressed out, I hope you're getting on top of things now. It's good to see you've kept your sense of humour.  Seriously, long term stress can be physically and/or mentally damaging, I learnt that myself a few years ago. Make time for yourself to relax properly and get off the hamster wheel every so often - it does help.
