I rarely let my own moods affect my baits, but recently it's not been so easy to detach, with a golden staph infection giving me periods of chronic pain, sometimes agonising. Today a rather bad episode led to an uncharacteristic bout of ill-temper from the normally easy-going Captain Mal.

The Lad was the one who featured as "4nita Sexy" in http://forum.419eater.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=196573. Emphasis added, BTW.

Mal (8:51 PM): That's the law here. I had some trouble getting a permit to stay as I'm effectively deaf. Some lunkhead no-load in Immigration tried to invoke the Public Purse rule on me but luckily he was overruled.

It was about here that the pain began to build and my temper to fray.

OK, now I was in real pain, but I wasn't going to let the Lad go yet.
