Just go on over to the Washington DC Craigslist.com city and take some random pic of a nice laptop and post a for sale ad with the price a bit too high so you don't get any legit buyers and write a nice ad for the fake sale and post it. Sometimes when I sell real computers there I get 4 to 5 scammers in minutes! Always trying to offer more then I asked to ship to Oso Nigeria. And they even pay you - with a faked "your money order is waiting" email from Moneygram.

Maybe on occasion they are actually interested in the item for sale, but generally this is an overpayment (check) scam.
They send you a fake check or pay with stolen credit card info or phishes paypal info or whatnot. They pay too much and have you send the rest back to them or to a mule via western union. |

Welcome to eater stikurscam!
I tried that for a few weeks, I had a laptop with extra fast
"Roger Ram Jet" " Ram " fitted so no ITP would email me
But they were sort of strange baits that did not go past the paypal thing
just petered out, the lads did not want to put much effort into scamming me
very odd. |
