OP - parakeet thing isn't Eater and I don't know why you would make an ASS out of U and ME we (Eater) would do anything cruel to animals. It is ethically wrong in our line of work. Recommend you adjust your link and and not jump on the wrong people.

We have way to many goat lovers here that would never do anything to an animal (we cannot vouch for cats).

If I am understanding this correctly, you feel that 419Eater was misusing animals because that news story (which is an old video of the dead parrot sketch) suggests that parakeets were used in a bait. Because you volunteer at an SPCA, you want to make it clear that you cannot condone this and don't want to see this happen. Is that correct?

No worries, I think you are just a bit confused.

--First, we are not a company, we are a community of people who believe in fighting scammers.
--If you stick around, you will learn that we have many animal lovers in this community, and several who are actively involved in animal sheltering or rescue.
--Third the title of that video is misleading. The video actually includes a wooden bird, and no real birds, live or dead. No birds were used or harmed in the making of that sketch. The baiter had no intention of doing anything that would cause harm to any animal.
-419 Eater does not condone animal neglect or cruelty in any way.

Does this clear things up a bit?

No parakeets were harmed in making that video for the simple fact that the lad had no intention of shipping parakeets, even if he even possessed them. No buggies were harmed, either.

That video was a baiter scamming a lying lad, simple, no? Nothing more, nothing less.

I reviewed that U Tube video 2x now. It is a wooden bird that was used and larger than a parakeet would be.

The original Monty Python routine was about a dead parrot and no dead or living parrot was used in the routine.

At a local Miss America pageant a young lady did the Python dead parrot sketch and used a feather duster for the parrot. I love Python and never have seen a dead parrot or parakeet routine using anything but fake props.

And, BTW, I rescue and work with feral cats.

It's clear to see we love animals actualy almost worship them. We proudly display them in our signatures as you can see. We are mainly farm friendly animal lovers especially the pig who we hold in the highest regard. I even swore off bacon as much as I love the meat candy.

The goats I have in my signature represent "project goatee" in which I helped save two goats from a refugee camp in Senegal. One of them is gold because after he was rescued we discovered he had two boxes containing $6 million USD worth of gold. The money was used to start a safari camp named after a famous lion where animals of all kinds could be protected.
