First trophy from this lad. I thought we were going to argue over invoice issuing - he caved at hurdle #1 and coughed out this :

Heavens - do you know what - I've only gone and paid for Level #3 insurance and I actually wanted Level #2 after the shop which used Secur1ty Shield demanded to keep the processing fee from when I tried to pay for Level #3 but the transaction was terminated!! Silly me - I'm going to have to retract the money which I've paid using Moneygram and start this whole business over again!!!
