Usually I have some of a "loosely-made plan" in which I can keep going along with or as in one lad today there was an unusual opening in which I may be able to get "her" (really a "him") to join one of our many churches on Eater. It was nothing how I was going to work on this bait, but an opportunity presented a new possibility and I thought "why not" and we may have a new church member.

Originally the pitch was a young girl in a refugee camp who had access to the Reverend's computer and her deceased father left her millions. Because of the situation my character cannot do business with "her" until she converts to Christianity or even becoming Jewish.

Hope to have some good results with this, but as they say "patience is a virtue, a little won't hurt you" so I might have something later to post about -- but for now, one reply per day or 2 and one question at a time.

I've found that you can sometimes slow down a pushy and insistent lad by mentioning that you are considering an offer similar to his that came in another email. Add that the other email is offering a couple of hundred thousand more than your current lad. If there is anything that gets a lad's attention, it is competition. He might even start treating you like a customer. Wink

And welcome to Eater.
