I took a look around the site and I would say that it has taken a bit of work to create that site - More work that I would ever expect a lad to put up.
A google "Federal Ministry of Finance" also has the site as the first hit.
They may not be the best in English, but they are better than the lads  |

as bad their English may be at least they're trying, which is more than can be said of the past. Mind you, that site doesn't render all that well in anything but Internet explorer.
