Lottery scams can be very short sometimes, but that doesn't look like a scam format to me.
I think you may have got an ASEM sent to a batch of lads by mistake. It's vague and enough for a lad to try his scam on you. |

^^Agreed- in fact, it looks almost like a response a baiter would send.
I often start my baits with "I can help. Tell me more" sent to a bunch of lads to see who responds. Once they start to bite, then I put in a bit more effort. |
