@ Juan: Yeah, we'll need to be moving him a bit further next time. I'm wondering how long he'll hang in there. He's not as hearty as Andrew and Chima were.

So far, he hasn't gotten back to my emails and he has called less frequently today.
EDIT: Okay, the ceaseless calls have begun. One after the next, constantly. He must be at the hotel getting edgy. |

Looks like our lad Lucas has returned to Owerri. While I do know that he made it to Abeokuta--around 370 miles from his home--and waited for 10 hours in the hotel lobby (confirmed by the front desk guy when I called the hotel), I'm not sure that he ever made it up to Ibadan. I'll have a couple of angry emails posted later. |
