I do love different blue cheeses, too, Stilton being my fav, and I'm over the moon about feta. I'm a cheese noob, obviously.

^^^If you don't add too much milk to it and it's thick enough, you can put it on a burger.

@Dwatina, just so you know, I was responding to Dutch, but unfortunately I type like a snail. I think powdered cheese is the bomb! Think "Hamburger Helper" and I'm all excited. MMMMMMMM! Seriously!

I love Hamburger Helper and Tuna Helper. I love my boxed Mac & Cheese the best. And I'm a bachelor, it's easy to make and I scarf that stuff down after a six pack or two Smile

For the record, I LOVE goat cheese, I usually use it in an angel hair pasta recipe that I have. Put it on a burger.. there are some possibilities there.

Getting me started on the best burger place in America... done. Followed by a close second

Due to popular demand, via PM, here is the angel hair pasta/goat cheese recipe.

1 (10-ounce) jar of sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped (oil reserved)
1 small onion
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup tomato paste
2/3 cup dry white wine
8 ounces angel hair pasta pasta
Salt and freshly ground pepper
2 ounces soft fresh goat cheese, coarsely crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves

Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil from the sun dried tomatoes in a heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and saute until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in the garlic and saute until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes, siring occasionally. Add the wine and sun dried tomatoes and simmer until the liquid reduces by half, about 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid. Add the pasta to the tomato mixture and toss to coat, adding some of the reserved cooking liquid to moisten. Season the pasta to taste, with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the goat cheese and parsley and stir. Mound the pasta in bowls and serve.

irish, it is well know by those who indulge in the the occaisional White Castle burger that those are only intended for consumption during a raging drunk or involving the use of substances that are prohibited in some countries.

In the former it is intended to "absorb" the alcohol but instead, often, is expelled prematurely. The latter use is not yet understood but is believed to be the attempt to fill a void.
