Morning all!

Anybody else dealing with an 'Izekor Charles'? Essentially, he's a lad who's contacted me, confirmed both by himself and header to be from Lagos, who essentially has said to me the whole "I have millions of dollars for you to invest". But here's the twist:

He hasnt said anything about taking a percentage for myself or any of the usual jazz, he's basically just said "I want to give you millions of dollars" and that's it. Nothing for himself. And, ontop of that, he's asking me to contact my lawyer and draft up an agreement on a business deal he's told me absolutely nothing about - only that he wants to donate me millions of dollars to invest in something of my choice. I know its often the case that in a while he'll say "to transfer the funds I have to pay a transfer fee" or the similar, but, just seems a kind of...odd approach; the way he's doing it I mean.

Any thoughts on this one? It seems a bit different from the norm, certainly different from what I've experienced before. So far I've got to a point where I've said my lawyer can't do anything without details, would he like me to send him a Legal Questionnaire - I'm sure you can guess what will follow. I already tried asking if he could travel to London to discuss, but, he's pretty ferverent on not doing so.

Not really sure how to play this one. It seems like he's not using a script and is suffering from a lack of imagination.

tell him you've got a lawyer but it will cost HIM $1500 in fees. See if he will send them WU to you Twisted Evil

LOL I did think of that, and howver fun it would be, but there are 2 issues in doing so:

1) The most likely thing is he'll smell a rat and flee, and as is the primary point of this whole venture, I want to waste as much time of his as possible

2) This lad seems very dumb - and however unlikely, it does leave the possibility of actually getting cash off him, which I don't want to do for obvious moral reasons!

Perhaps your lawyer requires some forms to be filled in by the millionaire?
