My buddy sells stone for the building trade only, no other product..

If your friend says, "Ok, send the check," the lad will send it. This lad seems dense. Make sure to tell him it's not safe to receive a check at his RL address, though. So, he really should drop him. Smile

If he has a family at home, ask your friend if he would mind having a criminal visit his house while his family was home, and he isn't. Scammers can do other inconvenient things to people, so it is better to drop him. He can always wait a couple weeks, then rebait from a safe address, using all fake details. It will be the same thing, but his real life will safe and 100% risky free. Or, pick up another lad just like him, and take it out on him.

Here, where I live and work , these scammers are part of a hideous mafia which runs a terrible prostitution ring. And I mean terrible.

Scammers are not a low key crofter´s business.
They form part of organised, international gangs.
That´s why I´m here.
That's why I beg you to find a way to keep your friend´s family safe.
