Most likely a phishing email. When hovering over the link in the email itself you'll see it directs you to a different site. It's not AFF, it's a standard phishing mail. Not exactly the stuff we deal with Smile

Indeed a typical phishing email. I would be surprised if Caligula wasn't correct about the link in the email.
These are best reported to the real bank itself (Halifax bank in this case).
They usually can quickly get phising websites killed; it's in their own interest.
