Personally, I think it's mostly patience, methodically looking for valid evidence of fraud, then finding the route to the person with the red button.
One of the best parts is when I get a followup PM from a baiter telling me that the lad's site is suddenly 'down for maintenance' -- for the second or third time. This of course gives the baiter the golden opportunity to slap the lad for having an obviously crappy web setup to begin with. Double the lad pain!   |
