Typical. There you are, revving up to a really good bait, your character is developing BEAUTIFULLY, you're JUST about to go for the throat .......

..... and then you get a note from your email admin saying your lad's email address has been disabled. WHAT?

in a way BUT on the other hand they're just going to start up another email address which will take a few days to get crawled by Google in the scambait sites ..

On the other hand, I do have a lad who has had the same thing happen to his email address, and he has come screeching across to let me have his new email addy .. awwww how kind. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. Twisted Evil

I haven't had that happen for a long time. I once had a scent of a safari cooking when I got mailer daemoned. It really does hurt baiters and warners worse than lads.

Impossible to tell every scambaiter on earth that these email addresses need to be kept up and running - it's gonna happen sometimes because not everyone baits as we do. Some people just report email abuse to providers. Annoying when it happens though. Sad

Phonelads are an exception though. The email addresses are easily replaced, but rejoining the forums that banned them and deleted their spam posts, takes longer.

The title of this thread gave me an idea... would it be possible to actually develop a LAD BOXING TOURNAMENT...

Talk about inflicting pain on the poor things... this would bring it to a whole new level.

Think about it... you could get lads from all over travelling to the site of the tournament.. Safari's and Hospital stays for all...

Simon I'm with you on this. The more pain the more gain. If they can be persuaded to knock six bells out of each other instead of poor victims whose lives they ruin, I'm all for it.

Personally I hate boxing but for this I'll make an exception. Twisted Evil

well professional style wrestling performed by inexperienced amatuers can also cause unintended boo-boo's.. perhaps we can make it a WWE sponsored event... lol

either way... Lad Harm is sure to result...Anyone have any good ideas how we can get the contestants registered??

Dunno. I'll have to have a think. The idea is fabulous.

Posters sent to every single scammer is not a problem. There could be knock out contests everywhere the scammers are, with people coming through to the finals, so that we're not only focusing on one particular global location.
