There is a listing for "Independant Edcuational Services" on the net...http://www.allbusiness.com/membership-organizations/civic-social-fraternal/4032816-1.html but for sure they didn't send this letter.

I wouldn't want to be educated by these people, who cannot spell at all! I think the IP is Korea, but not sure.

Independent Educational Services will be starting up another job-experience diploma program on Monday, August 2nd.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

The main point apart of setting themselves in fire for their spelling must be to interest in a possible "carrer".

Which will lead to something close:

"Thank you for your interest, now our associates are feeling all right to enroll you in the programs, but as we speak we are going in shortage of funds to activate what will be your educational folder"

Blah...blah...blah...."In need of funds to release what will be your first..."
