My alter ego has decided to accept lad's offer about financing his insane project. Anyway noone else offered financing, after all 2,000,000 Mongol Tugriks is a serious sum.
Naturally, very soon the guy was requested to pay a "fee for nothing" (my term). This time he has decided to surrender, after all 150 Euro is very small amount comparing to 2,000,000 Mongol Tugriks lad offered.
The only problem was a Western Union slip - it had a little defect, but who cares.
