Does anyone know of a website or wall to post all of the scam info including the "winning numbers code" and the phone number of the scammer for the purpose of harassing the bastards?

Well, we have our Surplus Scam Letters forum here.

We do need the headers (remove your personal information first) and the complete email, though. Further details are here.

Other members can then choose the scams that they would like to bait, and the numbers that they would like to phone.

As Branwen and manbiteslion mentioned, Surplus Scam Letters forum and ScamWarners would be the best places if you want to warn others


However, if I understand what you mean, harassing them has a little effect. They use fake names, fake addresses, fake emails, payasyougo phones. Simply, they can drop it and obtain a new whole identity in a matter of minutes.


Baiting them on the other hand, has more profound consequences
