My e-mail acct doesn't have a spam folder, but does mark any e-mail it considers spam and puts PJM in front of the header to let me know.

No clue what you're using, but with some simple mail rules you can divert those interesting ones straight to the trash can or even delete them online on the server.
A tad more info about your mail program and we'll tell you how to do it

Just junk. It's not advance fee fraud and they're not baitable. Just delete them.
