It's quite a common scam. You'll be asked to evaluate a Western Union agent by sending money back to the scammer after his fake check has "cleared".

I got that with a different twist at the bottom after showing the info they needed it said " If you have ever applied for or worked in this type of position before please do not bother to respond" I responded immedietly

The whole business is full of shysters... the website they reference is even spurious...
