welcome back!
Looking at his last comment, it seems to me he may have figured out that you're not serious about the deal, but his language suggests he thinks you're another guyman winding him up. (I think nwanne is used here something like "brother", and the use of "day" in place of typical english "are" is another sign). you could always try keeping it going along these lines...

No, just logged back onto my accounts and tried to revive a couple of baits but havent had any success. I'll post a few more up in a bit and try some fresh ones now I have some time.
