We don't deal with phone lad (electronics) sites in this forum as most of the time they won't get database entries. We work on AFF sites for which there is evidence of AFF on the site or in emails from the site. The problem with phone lad sites is that while we know they're scams from the spamming and +4470 numbers, there's no direct evidence of the scam to garner DB entry.

You can go ahead and report it (and the email addresses, the only addresses we recommend shutting down) without a DB entry. If you kill it, and the addresses, go ahead and award yourself some cell phone icons. I'll move this thread over to Misc Scams after you've had a chance to see this and respond.
