Why would you inject anything that obviously doesn't belong there into your Johnson and risk it falling off?

 So who would be an ITP?
I suppose I should ask this on Help, hints and tips, but could you advice me what to tell them? It's not only once or twice I've met a lad who has expressed me his worries as for the size. They have sent me also pictures I can't post here but I've sometimes told them I needed to use the zoom in function to view the tiny thing and still wasn't sure if it was meant to be a joke or not.
