You seem to have found yourself a phone lad! We deal with them a bit differently than "normal" 419 lads, as we try to shut down their email addresses and fake websites. This guy has both of those things!
So I would suggest heading over to the Phone Lads forum a couple boards down and reading up on how to deal with this guy!
