I know we don't normally send scammers passports but I think this one might just about be safe as the only scam a lad could pull with it would be a lucrative investment in an alfalfa mine or $3 million in oats in a trunk box...
This was sent by a Cameroon lad (Passed to my by Nanny Ogg... thanks!) who is pretending to have horses for sale. I am buying three of them but insisted on seeing their passports, so the lad dissapeared for three days and then sent me them

I'm no expert in horses but I think that poor Betty hasn't aged very well to have only been 4 when her passport photo was taken |

That is priceless! Well done, sunshine. I haven't seen much talk about pet lads around here lately but it would be pretty funny to get a collection of pet passports. |

as funny as it is, horses do need passports to travel.
sunshine, if you are continuing with this lad, take a look here for a bunch of forms on horse registration, passports etc. http://www.equestrian.org.au/
look under "services" "forms, passports, registration"
you will notice that there is no microchip number on the passport, meaning the horse isnt registered, thats more forms to fill in before it can travel. |

@Huntingdon: I'm trying to keep him away from any real horse documentation including what a horse passport actually looks like so hopefully he'll continue to use his newly minted "slap a picture of a horse on a normal passport" efforts which will be a red flag to any non-scambaiting horse owners he might try his format on.
Good idea on the microchipping though, I'll be sure and put a "microchip exception form" together for him to fill in...
... one for each horse, in triplicate. |

Ask him if the horse is registered with the' Friesch Paarden Stamboek' Since 1986 it became compulsory for FPS registered horses to have a number tattooed on their tongues as foals. Foals registered since 1997 have been given a unique microchip instead of a tongue tattoo so ask him that too. ALSO all horses are black, no other colouring, so brown is out
